Classification of roller brushes

Classified by surface material: nylon, rayon velvet, polyester, imitation wool, real sheepskin plush and sponge, plastic.

Classified by inner tube material: iron tube, PA, PP and PVC, PP tube is mainly used for hot flame, PA and PVC tube are mainly used for glue.

Classification according to the length of the drum surface:
Long-bristle brush: The advantage is that the amount of paint dipped at one time is large, and the area that can be painted is large. It is mainly used for the painting of rough walls.
Short-hair tick: The advantage is that the bristles are distributed finely and evenly, so the paint film after construction is uniform, and the paint surface is smooth and delicate.
Medium-bristle brush: Its bristles are of moderate length and the paint texture is thicker, and it is mainly used for decoration without too high requirements on the wall.
Plastic roller: The main purpose of the soft rubber roller is the printing and decoration of embossed latex paint for art paint construction

Classified by specifications: ordinary 2 inches, 3 inches, 4 inches, 6 inches, American 4 inches, 7 inches, 9 inches and European 7 inches, 9 inches.

Classification by usage:
1. The roller brush that has just been disassembled cannot be used immediately. It is necessary to wash off the floating hair on its surface with clean water first, and then dry the water.
2. Use a roller brush to pick up the paint, and then roll it back and forth on the roller brush to make the paint evenly distributed on the roller brush.
3. When painting the wall, first use a roller to brush the wall from top to bottom and then from bottom to top (W-shaped) horizontally, and then apply it horizontally once.
4. During the painting construction, pay attention to the painting strength to ensure the even distribution of the paint surface;
5. The roller brush should be rolled from top to bottom during construction, and the speed should be mastered so as not to affect the painting effect.
6. After painting, remove the roller cover of the roller brush, rinse and dry the roller brush.
