How to choose painting spray gun?

Select the factors to consider, in addition to operating conditions and the type of paint, mainly from the size and weight of the painting spray gun itself, the amount of paint and paint supply and nozzle caliber of three aspects to consider.

(1) The size and weight of the airbrush itself. From reducing the labor intensity of the operator to consider, to small body light is good, but the gun body small spray gun also has adverse factors, such as the amount of paint ejection and air volume is small, which makes the spray gun running speed slows down, spraying times increase, operating efficiency decreases, not suitable for a large number of painting. Paint loss increases when small parts or tubes are sprayed with large spray guns. Therefore, large planar objects can be selected large airbrush, concave and convex objects are very different, small airbrush is appropriate.

(2) the amount of paint and the way of supply of paint. The amount of paint is small, and the number of color replacement is more. When spraying flat objects, the gravity type small spray gun can be used, but it is not suitable for the surface coating with a slightly larger amount of paint and more times of color replacement. Especially when spraying the side, it is better to choose the tank suction type spray gun with a capacity below 1L. But when spraying horizontal objects, suction spray gun is not suitable. If the amount of paint is large, the color is almost constant continuous operation, you can use the pressure feed type, and the capacity of 10 ~ 100L paint pressure box to enhance the supply of paint or in the amount of paint is larger, you can use the pump and paint circulation pipeline pressure feed paint.

(3) Nozzle diameter. The larger the nozzle diameter, the larger the spray flow of paint. Therefore, when spraying paint with high viscosity, spray nozzle with large diameter can be used to increase the flow of paint. The ejection volume of the pressure feed gun is increased with the increase of the pressure feed, so when the pressure feed pressure is larger, the nozzle with smaller caliber can be selected.
